I've made this recipe a dozen times at least and everyone raves it's the best! To simple to be true. Perfect flavor! EXCELLENT cheesecake.

This recipe is very easy to follow.
If the instructions are followed to the letter, you will create the most remarkable cheesecake ever. I have made this several times, and it has become the cheescake of choice whenever I decide to make one.

This was my first cheese cake and I loved making and I loved how it turned out! There are very few ingredients and few steps involved and the result was a delicious cheesecake that I was proud to serve on Thanksgiving!

I made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving and it was unbelievable. Everyone who tried it said it was the best cheesecake they had ever had and my Mother-in-law asked me to make it for a party she's having at work. I made a few changes. I added the zest of an orange and a lemon because my aunt does this and her cheesecakes are legendary. I also baked it in a waterbath as I have always been told to do this with cheesecakes. I made sure to take it out when it was still jiggly (1 hour and 15 mins and refrigerate it overnight. This makes all the difference. No cracks!

I don't usually like cheesecake, but I thought I would try this recipe. This is the BEST Cheesecake I have ever had! EVER!!! I love the lemon zest in it. It gives it an awsome flavor almost like Spring. : LOVE IT!!!! My guest's went crazy over it.

This is really the best cheesecake that I have ever tasted. I made this for Thanksgiving and it was gone within 5 min. It's light and silky, creamy with just a great touch of lemon suprises your tatebuds.

This was my first time ever making a cheesecake and I dared to try it out for Thanksgiving. It turned out great, it was easy and there were no left overs.The only thing I changed was the crust I don't like graham crackers so I used vanilla wafers. Thanks Taylor for a terrific recipe. I will stick to this one for a long time.
