    This cheesecake was very simple to make. Don't understand why it's rated as "expert." Overall, it was creamy & cooked thoroughly. Smooth top, no cracks. I omitted the topping & it's still delicious.

    This was my first time making a cheesecake, and the recipe came out perfect. The recipe is easy to follow, it didn't crack, and it was very moist and creamy. I will definitely make this one again. Make sure to wrap the foil correctly. Mine had some water leakage, and only made some of the crust soggy. Yet the cheesecake still came out great.     I love this cheesecake!! I may have never made homeade cheesecake before I saw Tyler make this and I absolutely love it! I will NEVER use a box mix again, no way, no how!! (I have to make it for my mom for all of her holiday meals too! Everyone loves it!

    This was for my youngest son's "Birthday cake" request: it was incredible, awesome... we were all too busy moaning in ecstasy to actually "comment" on it with words. It may take a little time to prepare -but the effort will yield a worthwhile experience that devoted Cheesecake Junkies will TRULY appreciate -this is sure to become a favorite from my kitchen, and we ALL recommend this recipe highly! Thank you so much!

    This cheesecake is the best I have ever had. Everyone in my family loves it and they can't get enough of it. The best of all, it's so easy to make.
    It really is "the ultimate cheesecake.
