This is the ultimate cheesecake. This recipe wins raves in taste, texture, and ease of preparation. Everyone who tasted it loved it. The lemon and vanilla complemented the cream cheese flavor. I also thought the blueberry topping really "topped" the cheesecake adding a wonderful taste dimension. The texture of the cheesecake was very rich and creamy (the creamiest chesscake I have ever made. In addition, the cheesecake was easy to prepare. This will be the cheesecake recipe I make from now on.

I've lost count as to the number of cheesecake recipes I've tried over the years. This recipe is my absolute favorite. I won't even bother trying another new recipe. NOTE: After 4 hours of refrigeration, the consistency was like pudding; it it much better the next day and the day after that!

I have made many cheesecakes in my life, but this one may be the best. I 1 1/2 the recipe because I was having a party of nine. I cooked it for a little bit longer and instead of taking it out of the oven when it was done, I simply turned off the heat and let the cake cool in the closed oven. It is a technique that has worked in the past and this was no exception. I opted to simplify and not include the blueberries and they were not missed. I also cooked it the day before and let the cake sit in the fridge overnight. If you like cheesecake, you'll love this one.

The flavor was great, but I think I may have cooked it too long -- an hour and fifteen minutes. It turned out more fluffy than creamy. I'll try it again at only one hour in the oven.

This was my first attempt at making a cheesecake - AWESOME and EASY! I'll experiment with cooking time on the next one. Make sure cream cheese is nice and soft to avoid having to beat it too much.

This is the best cheesecake I have ever made! I used canned blueberry pie filling for the topping. Next time I'll try making with low fat cream cheese and sour cream. Thanks for a great recipe!

I have altered the recipe a bit by using chocolate graham crackers with a chocolate ganache topping...AWESOME!!! everyone loves it, it's so creamy...they think it's from a bakery.
