    This recipe is fantastic. I had never made cheesecake before but saw Tyler make this on TV. My family and guests love it. My father-in-law even asked me to make it instead of a birthday cake. Thanks Tyler!

    This cheesecake was wonderful and not all that hard to make, either. I can't imagine why it is set a "expert" difficulty. I only had a 9 inch springform pan and I baked it for a little over an hour. It was perfect. Creamy and delicious. My family is already begging me to make it again.

    Works every time. I use cocoa powder in the crust (2 tea spoons and some chopped nuts once the crust is chilled. Great simple recipie for an ultimate cheesecake.

    Don't let the difficulty rating on this receipt fool you. It says "expert". I love to cook and bake but I am by no means an expert. I followed the receipt exactly and I wound up with a beautiful, delicious and perfect cheesecake. It did not crack which often happens with cheesecake. I plan on keeping this cheesecake receipe and using it not just for special occasions but it is easy enough for any day of the week. Thank you Tyler.
