Fantastic recipe! This cheesecake is always pleasing to those I make it for! It is quick and simple to make, but taste like it came from a professional bakery!

My favorite part is the crust. It's not dry, and you can smell the cinnamon. I had two slices after leaving it along in the fridge for 4 hours! I'm glad it's so worth waiting!

Incredibly delicious and creamy. The reviews that mention cooking time have it wrong. This recipe is in a foodnetwork book which states: cook 45 mins @325F; turn off oven and let sit in oven for 1 hour in water bath; then remove from bath and let cool for 30 mins at room temp. Then cool in fridge for at least 4 hours before taking out of pan.

I too am glad I read the reviews for this recipe before baking it. The time was perfect at 55 minutes. Also I don't put my cheesecakes in a water bath. I put a pan of hot water in the oven along side or in back of the oven to create the same effect. This way I avoid a soggy crust.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. I was worried that the cinnamon in the crust would be overbearing, but it was just enough to make it different and have you asking what it was. You really could not distinguish the specific flavor. The only substitution I made was to the topping. I used lemon curd instead of the blueberry topping and it was a great compliment to the lemon zest. Not overpowering. I would recommend this to anyone and will make it my go to dessert whenever entertaining.
