Wow...wow wow wow. The only thing I did differently was add vanilla beans, but this recipe is amazing. I see lots of people asking about the cook time. I will say this, it depends on the size of your springform pan. I have a pretty large one, and 45min was EXACTLY all it took. I would imagine if you have a smaller/deeper pan, it may take a little longer, but for me, 45min was perfect. This is an insane recipe. Simple, and so very easy to make. Very budget friendly too. I used cinnamon graham crackers instead of the regular ones too, it was awesome.

I did not know how to bake a cheesecake until I watched Tyler. It turned out perfect and delicious. People are asking for more of this cheesecake. I do not eat cheese cake but I tasted this one and it was excellent. Thank you Tyler for your expertise and excellent Pastry skills. I thought of making a cheesecake day and night but I did not want the box no bake I wanted to do it from scratch.
Thank you,

This is our favorite cheesecake recipe. We baked it for 70 minutes then turned the oven off and let sit another 30 minutes (door open. My husband likes plain cheesecake so I left out the lemon zest. Delicious!!! Thanks Tyler!

Hands down this is the best recipe ever for real cheesecake. I like a tall thick moist cheesecake and this is it. Use fresh grated nutmeg in the crust and you will love the flavor. The blueberry topping is yummy as well. Try this and never eat the boxed cheesecake again.

Without a doubt, the best cheesecake recipe I have ever tried (and I've tried many! It has become a "family" recipe that I have handed down to my kids and they now make it. Minimum difficulty and fabulous taste! Thank you so much, Tyler!

This is an awesome recipe! Simple ingredients, simpy instructions.
I agree with the fellow cooks below that this cheesecake needs more than 45 minutes. Turns out awesome for me with the following. Water bath 1/2 way up spring pan ~ bake @ 325 ~ increase baking time to 1hour 10 minute.... cool on counter then refrigerate for 10 hours. YUMMY!

I have never made a cheesecake before and I'm not much of a cook, but this cake turned out great. I didn't have to adjust the ingredients as some other posters did, but I did have to cook if for quite a bit longer than the recipe stated. I am so excited that my first cheesecake attempt came out so well! :
