When I made this cheesecake, I didn't quite know what to expect...it was my first cheesecake making experience. However, it turned out fabulously. I did not make the blueberry topping but the cheesecake had such an amazing lemon flavor was so light. I will definitely make this again and I would definitely reccomend this recipe to people who've never made cheesecake before...it's straight forward and quite easy.

made this cheesecake for a couple parties at Christmas time- it was a fantastic hit! When we get together with friends it's always requested! It's not too complicated, but tastes like you worked all day.

As easy as this was to make, I'm not sure why there is any such thing as the no-bake mixes where all you add is milk. I made 2 on Tuesday, 1 on Thursday and will try for a different version on Saturday. Um, maybe I should mention I share my baking successes with my neighbors.

The flavor is fantastic and it received rave reviews. I had to bake it for almost and hour and 15 minutes, but having done that it came out incredibly creamy. Wonderful recipe!

I've made several cheesecakes over the last 20 years, always searching for just the perfect one - creamy with a touch of lemon. My cheesecakes were always dry and cracked no matter what I did. Well, my search is over and Tyler's recipe has a permanent home in my recipe file. I would recommend baking this cheesecake a full hour. You might want to double the sauce recipe - it didn't make too much. (Although this cheesecake is so perfect just by itself you might just want to skip the sauce. THANKS TYLER!

Itis delicious. My husband & kids loved it. It is just that I used 1 cup splenda instead of sugar & noticed that I should have 1 1/2 cups as it needed little bit more sugar. Other than that it is really yummy!

My daughter acquired a surrogate daughter and since I bake all the birthday cakes for the family, I asked Niccole what her favorite cake was. She said "cheesecake" so I gulped, never having made a baked cheesecake before, and agreed to make one for her birthday. Food Network is my standby and when I saw the 5 star rating on this cake, I decided to try it. Not only did it turn out on the first try, Niccole was ecstatic! She told me she had been talking about an instant Jello cheesecake and had no idea there was any such thing as a baked cheesecake! Since her birthday last month, I have made at least one a week and sometimes 2 -- the family loves it! I don't use any topping -- it is scrumptious without it! Thanks!!!!!!

I LOVE CHEESECAKE! And to be perfectly honest, I really liked this cheesecake. However, I prefer mine to have a much firmer texture. It was so creamy that when it was cut it practically "oozed" all over the place. I'd love to try it again someday, but I'll try to make it a little less runny.
