    I'VE NEVER MADE CHEESECAKE...BUT THANKS TO YOUR RECIPE..I FEEL LIKE A PROFESSIONAL BAKER..EVERYBODY THOUGHT I BOUGHT IT..SO THATS A GOOD THING.THIS IS THE BEST EVER CHEESECAKE.EVER..BUT BEFORE I MADE IT I READ THE REVIEWS..AND I DID WHAT SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS SAID TO DO..I ADDED 10 MINUTES.TO THE COOK TIME.AND NOW ITS JUST PERFECT.

    Easy, delicious..the best ever. You can make two small cheese cakes in small spring forms and freeze one for later

    I have never made a cheesecake until this recipe. My entire family had it and loved it. They said it was even better than when we go out for cheesecake. Very easy to make and well worth it. Thank you Tyler for another great recipe.

    I followed this recipe exactly (including the water bath. Outer edges were perfect, but the further it went in, the more it became like pudding. No amount of fridge set-up time would help. Great flavor but more like cream cheese pie than cheesecake. I used frozen wild blueberries & cooked them longer to reduce the liquid. They came out perfect. I probably wouldn't make this cheesecake again just because of the set-up problem. You really can't call it a cheesecake if it looks like pudding.
