I have tried other cheesecake recipes, some good and some not so good, but when I tried this recipe my whole family went wild, they absolutely loved it.
I have made three so far and planning on making some for christams.
    Thanks for the recipe

I made this for thanksgiving and it was a hit. It came out smooth and creamy with a little hint of lemon which went perfect with the blueberry topping.

This cheesecake is really the ultimate. It is unbeleivably creamy, soft, and moist. Tyler out did himself on this one. The lemon zest adds just the right flavor. Its not too hard to make either. It is just right in every single way. Ive only made a few cheesecakes in my day, but so far, nothing else compares. You would be a fool not to make this cheesecake.

My husband enjoys a good, plain cheesecake. This is the one I will make over and over...it is simple and delicious.I used a bit more lemon juice for a little extra zing-PERFECT!

I thought the recipe was simple enough to put together. I followed everything perfectly but after baking and cooling it still seemed a little too jiggly. I even chilled overnight and when I went to cut a piece I noticed it was too runny. Maybe 45 minutes wasn't long enough to bake it?!

I love this recipe! I've made it numerous times now and every time is comes out perfect. Sometimes I melt a bar of baker's chocolate and mix it into about 1 1/2 c of batter and swirl it into the rest of the batter for a chocolate swirl cheesecake. Either way I get raves all the time and people want to know what my secret is...Tyler of course!
