I wish I would've read the reviews BEFORE baking the cheesecake. The recipe was very clear...it will still be al little jiggly but will set up in the fridge and do NOT OVERCOOK. Okay, I was skeptical after the 45 minutes and seeing all the jiggling going on but I was so fearful of overcooking so I followed the instructions to a tee. Bad decision. The middle never set up properly. The good news is that it tasted very good but the consistency was more like custard than cheesecake. I will definitely try again but will add at least 20-30 minutes as others have suggested.

I printed this recipe in 2005 and the cooking time states 1 hour to 1 hour 15 min. and it still is not long enough...you need to bake this for at least 1 hour 20 to 1 hour 30 min. Not sure why it now states 45 min on the recipe. ALWAYS rave reviews..a fabulous cheesecake. It is the only one I will make!!

I've recently tried 3 other recipes for cheesecake. After this one, I wont be trying any more. I followed the recipe except I didn't have any graham crackers, so I made it without a crust. It was amazing. It turned out thick and rich and it's so good you wouldn't even miss the fruit topping.

I have made this cheesecake for several years and like most I did have to increase the baking time. Everyone raves about it and request it often. It is delish. Velvety and mouth watering. I'm wondering about making it in individual sizes. How many would it make and how should I adjust the temp and/or baking time? LOVE,LOVE,LOVE it!!!!

Tyler,I have to say that this cheese cake was one of the best I had ever eaten.I usually turn down cheese cake, because of the heaviness, which I do not like. Now, I always look forward in making this receipe. Thank you ever so much.

i have made this recipe at least 3 times, never had a problem, its delish, creamy and not liquidy at all. Use your judgment when baking, if it still looks too raw-cook it longer-its common sense people.
