    My husband and I both really liked this, and we don't usually agree on coleslaw. However, the second time I made it I used half the Dijon and added celery seeds, and then it was a great coleslaw!

    Made fish and chips and wanted a coleslaw to go with it. I like this recipe because it is quick and easy. And my daughter (14, who has never like coleslaw, really liked it! That's a plus! I didn't have any red wine vinegar, substituted with rice vinegar. And I used honey dijon mustard...so I used less sugar. I made it in less than 5 minutes! Great!

    But not as good as others I've had. I added a lot more lemon juice to punch it up, but I like the dressing lighter than this.

    I was surprised at how easy this recipe was and how good it came out! I love a tangy slaw and this was amazing!!! This is now my go to slaw recipe!
