This recipe worked out wonderfully. Make sure you let them rest in the fridge for a few hours...they hold together better. I used fresh lump and claw crab meat, the canned version at the seafood counter.

These were great. I had to add a little more mayonnaise and used wheat bread instead of white. I also added lemon pepper & capers. To save money, I used the Phillips Crab Meat you buy in the can (in the seafood section. I didn't have time to make the Garlic Aioli, so I bought some from the store. Will definitely make again.

I think this recipe was pretty good. I love the cilantro and lime; what a diffeent twist to the original crab cake. I would put a bit less bread crumbs in the mix next time. I will definitely make these again!

Evertime we try a new restaurant we aleways get the crab cakes. We are in search of the best. These were, by far, the BEST crab cakes I have ever had. The reason I enjoyed them so much was the ratio of crab to bread. The crab was the star of the show...not bread crumbs w/ crab. This is now my go to crab cake recipe.
    Notes:
    - I substituted flat leaf parsley for the cilantro because cilantro nauseates me.
    - Mine did not stick either. They keys are to use a nonstick pan w/ enough oil to coat bottom of pan & let them chill in the fridge as suggestes.
