Okay, I guess my previous post didn't stick so here it is! I didn't change much, just the purple cabbage as stated below. And, I opted to grill the fish seasoned with plenty of Tony Chachere's Seasoning blend, rather that fry. I really didn't see the need to create a mess by frying; you don't sacrifice an ounce of flavor by grilling. I pan seared shrimp the next day to use up the left over sauce and mango relish and that may have been even better. The only other improvement on this dish is to add one of Tyler's Ultimate Margarita. Perfection!

These tacos flew off the plate quicker than I could make them. This has become apart of our regular family meals.

I can not say that these were "THE" best fish tacos that I've eaten because this is my first time having fish tacos. What I can say, is that I have no need to look for another recipes. These tacos were A-MAZ-ING!!!! I did not use Tyler's sauce recipe because we are not mayo eaters, but the mango relish is to die for. You did the darn thang on this one Tyler. Kuddos to you!!!!

This recipe is a winner! I did make a few changes to lighten it up a bit (without sacrificing flavor. First, I pan seared tilapia and seasoned with salt, pepper, and lime juice. I substituted a light cole slaw for the pink mayo (savoy cabbage, carrots, red onion, granny smith apples, lemon vinaigrette and Greek yogurt. The mango-radish salsa is perfect...no changes needed. Thanks Tyler!!

My husband and I come back to this recipe over and over again. They really are the ultimate in fish tacos! The radish salsa is good enough to eat with so many other dishes/leftovers and the spicy sauce is an excellent contrast to the sweetness of the mangoes. I normally bake our fish rather than fry, but that still doesn't upset the quality of this recipe!

I have made these for my boyfriend and his daughter 3 times...she never eats fish, he doesn't like cabbage, and both of them despise the thought of sour cream. However, the combination of ingredients is masterful...they've both told me that this is their favorite meal BY FAR!!! In fact, my boyfriend said it would be his first choice for his "last supper!" We have purposefully gone out to restaurants to try and find a fish taco as tasty as these...NEVER going to happen. The key is to make the mango salsa & chipotle cream sauce a day in advance, so that the flavors have time to meld. It also saves you time in the kitchen on the day you're planning to serve them. Next dinner party...this is on my menu! Thanks Tyler - you're a genius!!! :

This is my 2nd time making it and I'm about to make it for the 3rd time. The combination of the citrus, mango, and hotness created an explosion in our mouths. Everyone was blown away and wish we had more to eat! I can't wait to eat it again tonight. Thank you thank you Tyler - this is better than any fish taco i can get at any restaurants!
