This dish was so delicious! I think the pink chile mayo is essential and really makes these tacos special! I want to use the mayo for other things too. I couldn't get mahi mahi so I used tilapia. Even my picky-eater sister enjoyed this dish! Awesome and a crowd pleaser!

I made this for a taco-night party and, oh my lord, my guests highly and visibly enjoyed these tacos ! I got hight compliments and because I'm Mexican they assumed it was my own innate talent! Towards the end of the party and after several margaritas I revealed the truth and gave Tyler credit for putting this recipe out there for us! Delicioso, go for it !

These were hands down the most amazing fish tacos I've ever had. Forget going out and getting them at some restaurant, make them at home. Definitely make the salsa and sauce that goes with them too, well worth it. My only suggestion is to cut the salsa and sauce recipes in half, because they make a ton. Enjoy!!

I have to admit that I was very skeptical about making this dish. I thought that fish tacos didn't really sound all that appetizing. Well they may not sound all that great but they looked, smelled, and tasted heavenly!! I am so glad that we tried these! We decided that such a delicious dish needed a catchier, tastier name, so we are now officially calling fish tacos, Maritime Tacos.
I've never had Mahi Mahi before and I was pleasantly surprised at its mild flavor and light airy texture. The only down fall to Mahi Mahi it that it is a bit expensive and was hard to find. I called several local fish markets and they did not carry it. Luckily Whole Foods had just gotten a shipment in and I was able to get it there(Whole Foods to the rescue. I liked the way the panko bread crumbs gave the fish a nice crunch. The mango radish salsa was very refreshing as was the pink chile mayo. I love that when you combine the fish, salsa, and mayo together with the cabbage on the tortilla its like a fiesta in your mouth.

I used frozen Mahi-Mahi from Costco and it tasted just as good as fresh but less expensive. We ate all of the fish but the recipe makes more than enough salsa. When making the sauce, remove the seeds from the inside of the adobo peppers before blending unless you want it super spicy.

I LOVE these tacos. My sister made these for me one night because I have never had fish tacos... I prefer these over ground beef tacos any day! I have made these before and they are a hit among friends. A lot of prep. time but are worth it. The chipotle lime sauce is great for other things too, grilled chicken sandwich, etc. I'm trying this recipe with jumbo shrimp tonight...Hope it comes out just as delicious!
Cheers Tyler!!!

The sauce was amazing! I couldn't find mahi mahi either so it used tilapia and it was great. I loved the mango salsa too--strange combination of ingredients but it worked. Homerun Tyler!
