I made this recipe for the first time a few nights ago. Made about 5 of them and made them each (about the size of a fist. It was delicious. Served them with rice. The meatballs looked great out of the oven. Had a great ta-dah factor!!

My family LOVES this recipe. We have made it several times. We substitute pasta for the polenta.

This recipe is amazing. I have made this a few times now, and each time I'm sure it gets closer to Tyler's version. The prep time is a bit longer than stated but the extra minutes are well worth the result. These definately are the ultimate meatballs - and the polenta is perfect compliment!

We loved loved loved these meatballs. I altered the recipe to use pasta instead of polenta because of picky eaters and it still worked out great! The meatballs/loaves are huge and even the big eaters could only eat two. The flavors in the meat were just so yummy. I will definately be making this recipe again.
