This is really yummy. I didn't have the seafood on hand so I just used the chicken and I can't wait to eat it again.

This stuff was not hard at all and does not even deserve the Medium rating. Make , eat it, Love it!

I made this last year, the first time I'd tried paella since high school Spanish class.

With Tyler's guidance, it came out much better this time.

I've just moved to LA and no one I know has ever heard of paella. This recipe came out so good the last time, I'm making it again tomorrow.

    Thanks Tyler.

It was very authentic. I had people over who had been in Spain and were thrilled

Made Tyler's Ultimate Paella last night (7/11/04 for a crowd of 16. Doubled the seafood, tripled the chicken but kept the rice at the original 4 cups. Added some additional sausages (hot Italian pork and turkey. Got rave reviews. Thanks! Marna Hoffman
