I agree with the Susanna's review. I was very excited to make this recipe but a little disappointed with the results. The flavors are good, but the technique a bit off. My couscous was also undercooked while the salmon was way overdone. I would agree... pre-cooking the couscous and decreasing the baking time for the salmon is probably a better way to go with this recipe. I also substituted the mussels with bay scallops which worked just fine too. The curry butter is delicious and leftover butter can probably be used for grilled chicken or shrimp later on in the week. Overall a good recipe, if it's tweaked a bit!

This recipe was absolutely easy to prepare. I replaced some of the ingredients with ingredients that I had in my kitchen. I cooked the fish ten minutes longer than specified. The fish and couscous came out perfect. My friends and I enjoyed it! This meal will be a regular meal prepared in my kitchen!

Very impressive meal, quick to make and the flavors were awsome. salmon was moist and cooked perfectly, couscous was flavorfull, the mussles I used were not that great but could not find georgias bank ones.

I was so intrigued with this recipe that I bought all the ingredients the day this show aired including an ice tray (since we have an automatic ice maker but I was truly underwhelmed. The couscous was not done and the salmon was overdone. If I were to prepare this recipe again, I would pre-cook the couscous so I could control the salmon cooking better

The salmon in parchment paper was easy and fun to make. As we prepared the dish, we wonderied how it would turn out. We were not disappointed! When we sat down to eat, we were very impressed with ourselves. We enjoyed the interplay of flavors from the curry butter to the lemon to the perfectly seasoned salmon. We can't wait to have friends over to share this fabulous meal with!

This was an incredible way to make the salmon!! It was so tender, flaky and extremly delicious! I even added shredded zucchini and spagetti squash with the meal. It was a great way to have your fish and vegies at the same time. Couscous was totally done! Curry butter is the only thing left over!! Thanks Tyler.
