Fine recipe! Thanks Tyler. Made this with thin chicken breasts last night for my husband and mother and got rave reviews. My husband likes extra sauce but is not a fan of a strong lemon flavor so I added a cup of low sodium chicken broth. The resulting reduction was wonderful!

Delicious!! My only change would be that you do not need four eggs, two would be fine! Can't wait to make this again!

What can I say you have once again made such a grand dish so easy to make! Thank you for a most enjoyable dinner it was enjoyed by all. It was so easy, your directions were perfect and I wouldn't add or delete a thing from the ingredients which I don't usually say. If there were more stars you'd get them. Thanks so much. My husband wants it to become a dish served frequently.

Very nice, but I found the egg wash to absorb too much oil during cooking. After following the instructions exactly and serving the dish, I wondered if it didn't need some garlic to round it out.

It is absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe to the dot, uncommon of me as I like to add my own "touch". My husband is a Veal Piccata "expert". He always orders it when in a good italian restaurant. He loved it! I so like Tyler's recipes, easy to follow and very accurate on time of prep and ingredient amounts.

This was easy and quick for a fantastic dinner. I added a little more wine so I could put my pasta in the same sauce. I also added a little pasta water. I will make this again!!!

Made the recipe as stated-excellent! The capers I used were large and rather salty-would prefer smaller ones.

I used chicken instead of veal but it was very tasty. I put the drizzle on the pasta and let it sit for a couple of hours for flavor.
