I've made this meal 5 times now for different guests and they were all awed every time! A very impressive feast. I've made many meals from the foodtv website but this is the first time I've been moved enojugh to post a comment... actually, not a comment but a commendation! Thank you Tyler!

I made these for my family yesterday. I served them with Mustard/Turnip Greens, Rice Pilaf, and Baby Carrots. My 6 kids couldn't get enough and my husband ate 2! I didn't change a thing and I will make these again very soon!

I made these the other day and they came out perfect. The pork-chops that I got were about .75lbs so I only left them in the brine for about an hour and 45 minutes. They cooked up great and were extremely tender. I also followed through with making the apple sauce, and even if your dinner guest don't care for eating them both together it makes a great dessert. I found that the sauce went very well with the pork-chops though. The only thing I have to watch out for next time I make it is to take any left over peppercorns or pieces of thyme that might have burnt during the frying off of the pork chop before serving as taking a bite of a peppercorn isn't enjoyable for everyone. I served them up with roasted red potatoes instead of the rice, and even the lite-eaters of the family ate their whole three-quarter of a pound chop. These definitely were the best pork chops I've ever had.

I have made many excellent dishes from food network recipes, but this is the first I have ever commented on. I made these chops last night and they were absoloutely outstanding. I'm in agreement with many of the reviewers.....I will never cook a pork chop again without brining it first. Thanks Tyler! Will definitely make this when the "outlaws" visit.

I made this last night and it was fantastic. I made the entire dish, including the rice pilaf. And as the other reviewers stated, please do not skip the brining. You will not be sorry.

I made this last weekend for my fiance. The brine absolutely makes the chops. Definitely don't skip the process. They were so good that he said he wants them again this coming weekend. Gee, thanks Tyler! Really, they're amazing & EASY!

I made this after seeing it on tv. I was surprised that it didn't take very long and the chops came out so juicy my hubby was very pleased. The only thing I did different is grinding my own cloves and I used golden rasisins. This is a nice looking dish and complemented well by my garlicky mashed potatoes.

my boyfriend made this for me as his first dinner he cooked for me. Oh my Goodness, this was wonderful. He also made the wild rice but we decided to put the acorn squash off for another night. We both loved it. Very moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. This will be a regular for us.
