This is a great recipe and very easy to follow. It helps to have a kitchen helper to speed up the process since, most steps can be done concurrently in the essence of time. I made this for Christmas and it was a HUGE hit. Everyone was very impressed and did not believe it was home-made. I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone. Also, I had a big of trouble locating ladyfingers (I had to go to 2 supermarkets so I would recommend calling the store ahead of time to ensure you have the complete ingredients for the recipe.

Ok I always order Tiramisu in restaurants and it is my DH's favorite. The only person I know that makes it talked of how difficult it is to make. Well when I saw this recipe I thought I could try it. The procedure is so simple and quick. It was delicious! As I was making it I wasn't sure it looked right but after putting it in the fridge(I did overnight It was perfect and looked just like it should. Thanks Tyler for a simple crowd pleaser. It is a Christmas keeper.

The recipe is FAB. Double the filling, use Kaluah (sp?, let the espresso mixture set for a day and sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar between layers to make it a bit sweeter. YUM :-

This was a WINNER!!! I had rave reviews from tough to win over family members! Mine turned out a bit soupy, but the flavor was outstanding. Definately chill overnight.

this tiramisu was the best i have eaten. it was fairly easy to make, and while i didn't think the egg/sugar/marsala mixture was thick enough when i made it, it thickened up perfectly in the fridge. i agree that it's best when you give the ladyfingers a good dip...it takes 2-3 seconds for it to fall apart, so i just dipped quickly but made sure the coffee mixture touched all of the cookie. mmmm. now i don't complain about not having buca di beppo's around here. my husband doesn't really like tiramisu but he LOVED this one.

I would cut back on the # of ladyfingers used next time though. the creaminess of the custard was fabulous and this was a breeze to fix !

it's the soft and wet tiramisu that i want and can never find. the true italian way. it uses quite a few ingredients but the end result is worth it. i took it to a get together and people who don't eat tiramisu were commenting.
