Entire family loved it. I did read the reviews first and did not use as much olive oil and used solid white albacore tuna and it turned out great!

Trader Joe's sells them and they do have a unique flavor to them. Try them!

The recipe looks great, but 3 cups of tuna seems like too much for two servings.

Did anyone see this episode? Did you notice how much tuna he was using on TV? How many cans of what size?

    Thanks.

c,mon man, can't you just call the "cornichons" small gerkins or baby dills or something. Who are you trying to impress. Rick

Be sure to use only solid tuna in water. Delicious, flaky, and refreshing when made correctly! We mistakenly used chunk tuna -- bad idea. It was a watery, tasteless mess.

once I gathered all the ingredients together. Couldn't find taragon or those special pickles so I did without, and it still turned out really great! I did add a bit too much olive oil, but other than that you must try this recipe...thanks Tyler!!

I made this twice, once as a lettuce wrap and another time with a green onion/sun dried wheat tortilla and both presentations were excellent. The only changes that I made to the tuna recipe were to mince the red onion and mix it in and to use Mexican mint marigold instead of the tarragon. (The flavors of the two herbs are very similar. This is definitely a fabulous recipe.

...just what a sandwich (or something close to it! should be. The cream cheese is a particularly nice touch, just makes it richer. I opted for a touch more mayo, though, and you can use a low amount of olive oil.

Tried this last weekend and was disappointed. I used Lite Mayo, but as much as the fresh herbs and the everything bagetl added flavor, this was not one of my favorites. Sorry Tyler.
