Absolutely delicious. Easy, yummy and all my family and friends love it. Our must have for each Thanksgiving including Thanksgiving for the office potluck. Even my ex-boss requests this and I make one for his family each year.

First pumpkin pie I've ever made and I couldn't be more disappointed. I'd like to know what the real measurements are, since that's what other people are saying went wrong, and the bake time?? This recipe isn't correct, if I do everything as it says, and it still comes out like goo after 70 mins of baking, over the 50 minutes it says at 325...

I LOVED this pumpkin pie recipe. It is so creamy. I followed the recipe (except used my favorite crust recipe and didn't do the topping since I like just whipped cream and it came out GREAT! I didn't think the amounts were off at all. It is lighter in color than the "usual" pie, but I like using the cream instead of evaporated milk like most pumpkin pie recipes. I will definitely make it again. I would suggest using fresh nutmeg, that to me makes a HUGE difference in taste over ground nutmeg.

Was looking forward to serving this dessert, but was so disappointed. Then I read the reviews (which I will do BEFORE investing time and money again and found out why. The measurements were way off. Please triple check the recipes folks!
Also - the pumpkins should be roasted cut side down.

I substituted light cream and found it to be perfect in texture and flavor - not too rich (I bought light cream by mistake. It cooked just a few minutes over the amount stated, but then I don't have an oven thermometer to gauge the accuracy of my stove. The only other change I'd make is to add pumpkin pie spice and just a hint of ground clove, I personally like a little extra spice, I think it adds warmth to the taste.

This Pumpkin Pie is the best pie I have ever tasted!! But there is only one slight problem, the cream is too heavy and milky that I tried to avode the topping. It's too sweet but excellent taste at the same time (I don't know how that works. You don't exactly have to bake it for 70 minutes or more because truthfully it's perfectly fine. It's possible for it to get a tiny bit raw in the middle. Other than that this pie would be my number one choice for Thanksgiving!

I thought the flavor was good but the measurements are off a bit. Takes longer to bake than it says it does. Use a little less heavy cream.
