This is terrific and so healthy. I left off the croutons to reduce the carbs, but sprinkled the goat cheese on the watercress. This makes a ton of dressing with only 1/4 cup oil. I followed the recipe precisely and it came great. Totally agree with the other reviewers that this dressing could be a sauce for many other dishes. This is a keeper.

...but I agree with the last reviewer that the parsely is totally unnecessary. Also, we used Boursin cheese because we don't like goat cheese and it was awesome. I made extra roasted tomatoes for the top--they seriously taste like candy!!!

    - it's a big distraction from this otherwise outstanding, delicious, easy, fabulous salad!

Absolutely delicious! I dipped pizza in it and it was awesome!! This would be awesome as a spagetti sauce base, too! Thanks, Tyler!

I saw this recipe on the show today. I just so happen to have all the ingedients for the dressing so i made it right away. WOW! It tasted awesome!! I didn't have parsley so i used cilantro (which has better flavor than parsley. I think if you used a little less oil you could eat this as a great tomato soup. It was super easy and i'll be sure to make this again and again! Highly recommended!!!

After seeing this recipe being made on television, I thought I would give it a try. It is absolutely delicious with the goat cheese croutons!

This is the best salad dressing I've ever made and one of the easiest! I didn't even care about the goat cheese, I was licking the excess dressing out of the blender (gross I know, but it illustrates my point. Fantastic, Thanks Tyler!

I saw Tyler make this salad dressing over the weekend and I made it last night. Wow! is the only way to describe the taste. If you don't like raw garlic, you might try it with roasted garlic which I will try next time. My husband said I can make this dressing anytime.
