This was easy to make and just enough sweetness to completment turkey at Thanksgiving and Ham at Christmas. It got rave reviews at a work holiday luncheon - a great twist to an old favorite! No one missed the marshmallows and loved the crunchy topping!

Super tasting dish. Very "deep" flavors.

I served this with Christmas dinner, 2006 and all of my guests loved it! It was the first time I had tried this recipe (which I know can be risky, serving it to company, without a sneak peek of the end result. But I had faith in Tyler Florence and I'm glad I did. It will definitely be a repeat - but I may not wait for a holiday dinner!

We loved it at Thanksgiving. I didn't have honey, but I used maple syrup and it was still wonderful. For Christmas, I am going to bake it in orange cups that I saved when making ambrosia. We will have it every year.

This dish will now replace the standard
candied sweet potatoes for our family.
The bananas added an extra flavor that everyone enjoyed and most had to be told what it was. It became a conversation dish. It's thumbs up on this recipe!!
