I made this for a Thanksgiving party last year and it was a big hit. Someone joking said that I showed up the other yam dish on the table.

After reading the reviews, I also used only one banana and I think that's just right. The flavors balanced really well. It's a really savory and unique dish that I'll definitely be making again!

This is my go to Sweet Potato dish at every thanksgiving. Since the first time I made it several years ago, my kids can't live without it. The only thing I change is that I use 2 bananas instead of 4 just to give it a slight, not over the top, banana flavor. I swear, this could be made into a pie, its that good.

My family loved this. This is NOT the over-the-top sweet potatos that you are used to. Delicious.

This is the BEST by far! I recommend this to people who don't even like sweet potatoes. This has become a tradition at our Thanksgiving the last 4 years. The recipe is perfect the way it is. Try it you will love it!
