I decided to give this a try because my son loves parfait, and my whole family liked it. My husband who hates these kinds of dishes actually liked it as well. It is good as is, except I overbaked the granola a bit. If it was good like that then I could just imagine the right way.

On his show, he demonstrated how to make the granola, which is so important to the success of this recipe. Why isn't it listed here?
