yummy!! My family's favorite. Best brownies I've ever made. If you use good quality chocolate, they are a nice intense hit of chocolate.

These brownies are AMAZING!!! After reading reviews, I did make a few changes. I used a 9x13 glass pan (lightly buttered bottom and sides and added 3 tablespoons of Amaretto instead of 2 teaspoons. Brownies came out perfect....crunchy on outside and thick and moist on the inside!!! Next time I will try with Kahlua.

I will definitely use a 13x9 pan if I make these again. I didn't have a 9x9 so I used a 9" round and I continued to bake for 55 min., they never set in the middle. In fact after waiting for them to cool they still were raw in the middle.

I added 1 tbs of granulated instant espresso since I am a big fan of Ina Garten. Next time I will try her brownie recipe.

I wish Food Network would fix this recipe!!!!

Good brownies. The Amaretto flavor comes out better the day after baking. When cutting brownies, use a plastic knife for neater squares.

Great recipe, but a word of warning. Make sure you use a 9"x9" pan. Using an 8"x8" will cause the cooking time to dramatically increase, and most likely the doneness will vary throughout the treat.

This came out fantastic! May very well be my new go to brownie recipe. Great flavor and moisture as well as very easy to make. The only thing I did differently was not add walnuts! But that was just to make me feel a little better calorie wise while eating them haha

great recipe. was easy to make. i added extra amaretto and used sliced almonds instead. i mean amaretto and almonds really are a great combo! husband loved them. i ate one right out of the oven with a scoop of ice cream and it was to die for. they were very moist and chewy.
