The fruit was not sweet enough, and I even added a bit more sugar. The crust was perfect. Use more sugar for the peaches if making this recipe.

Yes, we enjoyed this alot!! I used frozen peaches, fresh are out of season. In order to get the top brown I had to let it cook longer, no big deal it's worth the wait. I also added vanilla powder to the peaches it's one of my favorite touches.

Turned out beautiful and so very tasty! Yes, 2/3 cup heavy cream while making the batter plus some to brush on top just before putting in the oven. Topping came out perfect. Bourban a great touch. Added a teaspoon of vanilla to the peaches. My husband loves it!

So delicious! Topping was a little on the sweet side, but so light! Otherwise, perfect! Didn't have bourbon, so substitued rum and was to die for. A big hit with family and friends! Will cut sugar in crust next time, but definitely a keeper!

This recipe is easy and quite good, however, it is missing the exact amount of liquid (creamneeded to produce the dough. Good thing I bake a lot and could figure out about the right proportion. You should add it to this copy of the recipe. It is included in the one from Food911 listed when you pull up Bourbon Peach Cobbler.
