Wow! Thank you for this recipe. I just finished eating the crepes and it's so delicious. It was easy to make but it takes time. But it well worth it. Thank you again chef Pierre and chef Tyler. This recipe is a keeper.

What can I say, this was my 1st time at making crepes anything! and after 3 hours of cooking, this was well worth the wait! AMAZING taste! Spectacular aroma, a real twist to the palet.... Did not have any Grand Marnier, and didnt need it... it was extremely good, and very sweet, a side of spicy sausage or a sassy shredded potato dish would compliment this very well... also, I used regular granulated sugar, and it worked just fine...
I cut this recipe in half and it was more than enough for my husband and myself to have for a dinner meal....OUTSTANDING all around!! Loved It!! wish I could post a pic of mine! Well done Chef Pierre Orsi!!

I used this recipe today and absolutely loved it. The sauce, in particular, is to die for -- very flavorful yet not too overpowering. Being from New York, where creperies are abound, I was very happy to find an easy-to-prepare dessert that I will be able to serve when guests come over. I did have too much sauce left and will cut the suggested amounts in half next time. Yum!

I cut the amount of crepe ingredients by one half and the sauce by two thirds, except for the lemon, which I used in the amount called for. There was enough to serve six generously.Very good.

I am an American that is living in Belgium and if you know anything about Europe is that THIS is where Crepes got there begining! I made 4 different types of Crepes; 2 sweet and 2 not for a business dinner. This was just wonderful and the Belgians thought so too! I will make this again for sure! Zoe in Belgium
