This is a great recipe. Takes some time but is well worth it.

This is the best Bolognese Sauce I've ever made. It is simple but quite amazing. It's great in the lasagna but it's also a great meat sauce for pasta. Using the Bechamel Sauce was genius and the nutmeg the perfect addition. It's definitely worth the effort. And use fresh egg pasta since this is such a treat to serve.

This was wondeful, but you can't really appreciate how good it is until it's reheated for about the 3rd time. Seriously. It just got better and better. Lot of work and very time consuming, but so worth it. Substitute ground beef for veal, but otherwise followed the recipe pretty closely. This fit the bill for our Christmas Day too, because we had some who don't like ricotta so this is a great alternative. Next time I make this, I will bake it, cool it, bake it, freeze it (if not using right away, and then reheat again and serve. Let all those flavors meld.

I am just learning to cook and I thought this recipe was going to discourage me from cooking! But no way! Thanks to the cooks who rated this recipe and gave so many wonderful tips! The no boil noodles were perfect! Thanks to Tyler and Chef Massimiliano Bartoli! Grazi!

I made this dish last week we had it two nights in a row. (My husband doesn't do leftovers HA He asked for it again this week. I'm making it two ways today for a party one meatless and the other with the veal. I used non boil noodles also. I think the trick is to try NOT to put too much between each layer. I am heavy handed when it comes to cream. Enjoy

Although this recipe took some time, it was VERY worth it. It is one of the few dinners I have found that my entire family loves. Now when I make it I double the recipe and freeze one lasagna. That way my teenagers can serve it to friends on the weekends.

I made this lasagna for a dinner party recently, and it was absolutely delicious. Time consuming, yes, but well worth the effort!

So creamy and made even better by the hommade past we made it with. Wonderful!

I made this for a family gathering and my family is still raving about how delicious this lasagna was. I used the no cook lasagna and it worked very nicely. I have added this recipe to my collection and will continue to make for special occasions. Absolutely the best recipe for lasagna I have ever tasted.

Absolutely the BEST lasagna I have ever had. I have now made it at least 5 times for dinner parties & it is the HIT of the meal. I, however, did use the Barilla lasagna (not making my own, and I used ground beef rather than veal. I will never make any other recipe. Thanks Tyler for sharing this one with us!!
