    Among the paellas Valencianas recepies on Food Network, this is an authentic one, because the paella valenciana is from the harvest(foul madames,green beans, artichokes, green peas, green or red peppers, etc plus snails and rabbit or chicken and not from the sea (no mussels , clams, shrimps, lobster etc and bomba rice, not long grain rice, for better results use a good spanish Mancha saffron.

    This is the authentic paella recipe. Paella is not "Surf and Turf", never should you combine seafood with meat. Tyler is dead on....
