i made this for a family party and everyone loved it. very easy, very quick to make. it took me a little longer than the recipe said to cook the shrimp and i had to turn the stove back on to finish cooking it. i would definitely make it again.

I made this recipe with the 'clams (I used mussels and chorizo with saffron almond sauce.

I thought it would taste like scampi but you were right (you're the chef the garlic was not overpowering at all and it also very well recived by my guests. They didn't mention scampi and everyone wanted the recipe.

Love your show, love your recipe's and approach to adapting and enhancing familiar ingredients for an ultimate experiencing in dining.

I SERVED THIS AT ONE OF OUR FRIENDS PORCH PARTIES TONIGHT AND EVERYONE LOVED IT. I SERVED THE SHRIMP WITH SLICES OF FRENCH BAGUETTES, NOT TOASTED. DELICIOUS!

I fixed this for friends and they loved it. I put mine over angel hair wheat noodles and had garlic toast.
