We have a bunch of smoked steelhead salmon in the fridge - needed a recipe. This is outstanding as written - I quartered it for just two people. It was a perfect serving/meal size for us. My husband loved it, and so did I. Didn't change a thing. Thanks Food Network!

I made this with a little less cream cheese than called for, (personal preference and it came out amazing! The eggs did get a bit of color on the bottom, but the inside was fluffy and light. I can't wait to make this again! Oh yeah, did I mention I reeeeally don't like omelettes? This recipe has converted me. Don't forget the pepper and green onion, it cuts the richness of the cream cheese and salmon perfectly.

This was by far the best omelette I have ever had. I made this for a breakfast that I had a bunch of friends over too. There wasn't much left over. Most didn't even know that I had added the salmon to it. So creamy and delisious. This one that should be made for a special breakfast like Mother's Day breakfast in bed, Father's day, Wedding Anniversary for your wife or just something spontanious. It will certainly be a big hit.

Tyler does it again. This omelette was quick and easy to prepare, and absolutely delicious. My husband and I had it with sesame seed bagels. I love that Tyler has real people in mind when he cooks. His recipes can be made quickly and easily, often with ingredients you already have in the house. This is another winner. Thanks, Tyler!

Tasted really good, gave it a four cause it was too salty, doesn't need extra salt with the salmon and cream cheese. Also, tv instructions are more fun and different than the websites instructions. Will definately make again (with less salt

This was incredible. I'm not a big smoked salmon fan, but this sounded good and my husband loves salmon. Well, not only did he love it, but I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. This would be my requested last meal. I don't have a non-stick pan large enough, so I used a regular straight-sided skillet. The eggs did stick to the bottom some and I left that in the pan. My omelet was really more like large scrambled eggs, but it didn't matter. The salmon, the cream cheese, the eggs - they all just melted in your mouth. The salmon taste was subtle even though I used plenty, but it truly made the dish. Tyler, you blew me away with this one. Thank you!!

Simple to make - just make sure the eggs are almost cooked before adding the cheese and salmon. The taste of this dish is wonderful. It has replaced Eggs Benedict as my special breakfast.

Great omelette! TV show instructions state to turn off the heat once eggs "set" (look like creamy lumps, B4 adding salmon, etc. These instuctions are missing in this recipe. I substituted salmon/cream cheese & instead used a few thinly sliced pieces of swiss cheese & 1/2 cup chopped ham, both at room temp. Also an excellent combo.

You have to enjoy the flavor of smoked salmon or this dish won't do it for you. I changed it up by adding diced seeded tomatoes, capers, minced red onion and sprinkled a bit of fresh dill on top. My crowd loved it.
