I love the way these burgers stay juicy inside and crispy outside! I think I have found my new fave burger recipe! Also loved the cucumber and onion salad! Way to go Julie Anne!!!

These are my all time favorite turkey burger! Moist and delicious, with a lot of zing from the wasabi. I've been making this regularly for several years now and I never get tired of them!

These are the best turkey burgers I have ever had. They are moist and perfectly browned on the outside in the Peanut Oil and the wasabi mayo with lemo tops it off. We are garnished ours with fresh spinach leaves and some avacado for a different twist!

These burgers were fantastic!! They were tasty, moist and had great flavor. I doubled the wasabi in this receipe and did not use the powdered stuff. I will be making these again.

I'm so glad I saved this recipe! My family loves the great flavor. I have tried these burgers using ground turkey and ground chicken, and we prefer them to beef. The cucumber salad and wasabi mayo are the icing on the cake! Perfect combination.

The burgers turned out perfect! I made mine big so the cook time was longer and I think next time I'll use more wasabi, maybe the paste mixed in with the mayo because we love wasabi but otherwise a great recipe! Will definitely use again!

This burger is so unusual and delicate i have actually served it at a dinner party before (admittedly, it was an alfresco dinner! I love this and all my friends begged for the recipe... its super easy to make and always a winner, even with my 7 year old son.

I have also just found out the Julie Anne Rhodes has a blog with more recipes, she seems to post at least 1 or 2 a week and i am addicted!!

What more can be said that already hasn't? I made these for a small dinner party and they were all gone. I didn't have Thai chilis on hand so I just used an Asian sweet chili relish which worked out fine.

The cucumber-onion relish is tangy, refreshing, and a nice contrast to the wasabi mayo.

I cheated with the mayo and just bought TJ's brand and grated some fresh ginger and lemon peel into it, and it tasted awesome.

Overall an excellent burger that should have won the competition. The high number of positive reviews speak for themselves.
