this was So good!! used rice instead of spaghetti, cause it just seemed to go better. to the person talking about 'family meals' you are truly 'out of it'! Of course your kids will not try new things, you are raising them with their head in the sand. if you want family meals, i'm sure you can just 'search' family meals and the website will provide a large amount of things you wuld like. don't hate on what you don't try....

Who cares if this is a family dinner? I don't come to this site looking for family dinners and as a child my parents exposed me to all types of food. What do you think children of ethnic cultures eat at home? Do Indian kids eat chicken nuggets and mac and cheese? They might, but I'm sure they mostly eat what their parents eat, they eat curry, rice, dosas, paneer, mango lassis etc.

I love this recipe! It's a great twist on an old classic. I actually substituted in ground turkey for the ground beef and pork and it was still fantastic. I'm a beginning cook so I really like meals that are easy to make that still taste great.

My whole family loved this recipe. I had never cooked with coconut milk before, turned out wonderful. I also used half pork and half beef. Will definitely make again.

The only seasoning I didn't have in my cupboard for this recipe was the sesame oil. Other than that, we already had everything ... and we don't have a terribly exotic kitchen.

This was very simple and easy to prepare. It did not take very long, and the results seem very fancy. I think if you brought this dish to a dinner, people would think it took a lot more time and effort than actually goes into Lion's Head Meatballs.

The only thing I will do differently if I make this again is to prepare more of the sauce. As given, this does not produce enough sauce.

My ancestors came off the Mayflower and I have all the ingredients in my pantry. This is a delcious recipe. Try it before you criticize it, please. Otherwise your review is a waste of space. PS; the only way to get your toddlers and teens to eat different foods is to expose them to different foods. Just a thought.
