Delicious! It takes a little while to put together, but it's well worth the effort. I followed another reviewer's suggestion and added a cup of shredded mozzarella to the recipe. I added it during assembly when I used the Parmesan cheese. I also sauteed an onion and added it to the spinach filling. Really great recipe.

We loved this the first time I made it. The second time I made it I added mushrooms and finely diced sauteed onions to the spinach mixture. It added alot of flavor and texture. I also added layers of mozzerella slices on top of the parmesan because we love it when cheese "strings" in a lasagna. Finally, I made 6 cups of sauce with 1/2 & 1/2 instead of milk so it thickened better. That extra 1/2 cup per layer kept the leftovers more moist. Lastly, this time and left the nutmeg out of the sauce. Leaving the nutmeg out really let the nutmeg in the spinach mixture "sing" instead of compete. Thank you for the great recipe Sonali!

OMG! iT IS A MUST to try but as other reviews said, it is well worth it. I am making another batch just to have on hand for guests. Hopefully it freezes well. One word of advice, it does not need 1 pound of lasagna noodles. I cooked a poind, without reading the recipe , to find it on'y needs 12 and not a pound. Other then that, delicious and worth the work.

This has to be the best dish I've cooked thus far. It took a while and used a lot of dishes, but it was easy. I made it with soymilk and added some cornstarch and water to thicken up the sauce. It was SO GOOD and everyone loved it. I'd highly recommend this. I plan on making it again soon.

I made this last night and it was SO GOOD...better than I expected it to be! It really does taste like a big spanakopita! I used no-boil lasagna noodles, frozen spinach, and added some chillies and half a chopped onion to the spinach mixture to add some heat and flavor. This will def. be added to the monthly rotation! It is worth the time and effort. Thanks Sonali for a great recipe!

Hi all! Even though I did not follow this recipe exactly, it turned out fabulous. I mean - incredible. (For instance, I didn't have Phyllo; and I used all heavy cream instead of milk; frozen spinach instead of fresh, and a few other changes here and there based on availability of ingredients in my pantry
I highly recommend this recipe and definitely plan on making it again (and soon!.

This wasn't all that hard to make at all. In fact it was quite easy, and it was delicious. My family are mostly meat-eaters and they loved it! Success!

Really, this was a surprise. I was interested in the dish but I have to admit, I had some reservations. It wasn't hard to make and it was fantastic. All of my guests raved. This one is a keeper, for sure. I can't wait to make it again.

This Greek-Italian lasagne is delicious. It's well worth the extra effort and time to prepare. It's a wonderful dish to serve to company and even better the next day for leftovers.
