I used frozen salmon burger patties, so I cannot speak to the burger recipe, but as for the apricot glaze and curried mustard mayo, the flavors complimented one another quite nicely.
The mayo and glaze are easy to make, so with prepared burgers, this allows for a quick meal. I served the patties on a whole wheat pita with bibb lettuce.
