This Tuna is as goood as the fish can get! My husband loved it! I served this oves arugula salad with candided walnuts and the dinner cannot taste any better.
Thank you,
Margit

This is the best dish I have made yet! My husband loved it! Though it seems as if the seasonings would make the tuna too salty, it was just right. However, I only marinated for 1 hour rather than three. I highly recommend this recipe. It was served with sauted garlic spinach and mashed potatoes.

I loved it, it is really easy to do, without complex tricks and easy to memorize too.
If you like seafood and like tuna, this is a recipe to try. Be aware you need to prepare this with at least 3 hours of anticipation.
Tip: Instead of whole steak, try cutting the tuna steak in slices (~half an inch and only 1 hour - 1.5 hour marinating, and then serve as tapas.
You gotta try this!
