Super easy! Super delish! Did not have grill seasoning, so made up our own, but still used the lemon zest and fresh thyme. Roasted the pork to 165; was tender and juicy. The apples were extremely easy as well and a huge hit! Highly recommend this!

This was delicious!! I used the McCormick Montreal Chicken seasoning as my "grill seasoning;" the lemon zest added a nice tang to it. My sons loved it!

This was really good and really easy! My instant read thermometer wasn't working and the pork was slightly undercooked, but that's better than being overcooked and dried out. I slightly overcooked the apples, but they were so flavorful anyway. I loved the sweet and savory combination. Great Sunday Meal!!

Looks like such a wonderful dinner. Glad to have a 30 minute meal without using garlic. Never liked the stuff and it's rare to see RR cook without it. Thanks.

Very easy, but, I should have read the reviews before. The apples became dry and I had to add water. Otherwise it was great, made pan gravy out of the drippings and served with mashed potatoes.

Five stars for its simplicity, cost, and ability to generate a lot of flavor with a very minimal ingredient list.
