Loved this recipe! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I used frozen puff pastry instead of dough, which makes it easier and tastier. Delicious!

I love healthy recipes but this one was a loser. I made it twice but each time the dough was really difficult and just not what you would want to serve. The pears had a nice flavor but that was about it.

My brother is vegan, so whenever the family comes over, I always make sure I have something especially for him. I wanted to make a dessert this time, but some of the vegan recipes I have tried in the past tend to come out dry or lack that extra oomph! This tart, however, was heavenly! It had great flavor, was crisp and light, and almost had a buttery quality. I will make it again and again... next time I will probably use apples ;o
