I do not like shirataki noodles. they are weird, creepy and its missing that savory goodness that only pasta can give. I only used one shirataki package for this recipe and substituted the rest of the bulk with one cup of ramen noodles. Doing this will add 50 calories per recipe serving, and you can't even tell there are shirataki noodles in there!!! Only then did i actually enjoy this dish. Three stars only because I had to figure a way to save this recipe halfway after I started making it. Its a lot of food to buy.

We loved the recipe. Next time we are going to add cabbage also. I found the noodles in our Asian market.

Very good. Don't let the shirataki noodles scare you if you have never had them. It's a nice lite dish but it is also very filling.

Great recipe! Love the flavor and the size of the portions. Add Chicken to the leftovers for lunch the next day. Will be making this again since it is a healthy alternative to eating it out.

LOVE this recipe! So much sauce! We added shrimp and red pepper flakes. Will definitely make again and again!

I made this recipe exactly as it read. Hannaford has the noodles in the veggie section with the wrappers and bean sprouts. Most big stores will get it for you if they don't have it. I didn't tell my family what the noodles were and they loved this stir fry! The second time I made it I didn't have all the ingredients but threw in some shredded cabbage and still - it was delish !

Ditto on the delicious! I had no trouble finding the noodles in the produce section of Cub Foods. It was my first time using these noodles and I thought they tasted like regular pasta noodles. Quick, easy and low cal, doesn't get much better.
