    Excellent sandwich. I make the sauce/spread before I cook the meat. I do adjust the number of the jalapeno's, but this is certainly my husbands favorite sandwich.

    I tried Chris's recipe after watch the show... It really is tasty, I did have to take a Jalapeno or two off, but still really great. It was just a little difficult to put all together, but a lot of fun and helped me find things in my kitchen I forgot I have!! Good luck to Chris next time on URS!!
