Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together the shallot, vinegar, oil and salt and pepper.

Serve with a salad or steamed or grilled vegetables. Add minced fresh herbs as desired.
