Ingredients
  • 1 pound ono, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 Hawaiian chile pepper, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped ogo
Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix ono with salt and olive oil then add the remaining ingredients. Serve cold.
