So easy & tasty! A keeper!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Tried this last night along with the Low Carb Key West Crab Cakes. Both recipes were delish! I wouldn't change a thing about this slaw - and it went great with a seafood dinner. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I have been burned by a lot of bad recipes, so I went into this with low expectations. Boy was I wrong this was delightfully easy and tasty. My only complaint... Why didn't I bring more for lunch today!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
This was an excellent cole slaw even if you are not on a low carb diet. We love to experiment with different slaw recipes and this one is easy to make and tastes great. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I only wish "low carb & lovin it" was still on your network. This salad is great anytime of the year. Its refreshing and my family loves it. All of the recipes I have pulled off "low carb" have been great. Thank you George!!! Catherine Anna, Texas item not reviewed by moderator and published
My company this weekend couldn't stop raving about it! Terrific flavor and full of cruch. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This was a great recipe as is. I, of course, love to tweek recipies so I added 1 stalk of thin sliced celery and it gave it just a little more crunch with out adding carbs. It was very good. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Easy and delicious item not reviewed by moderator and published
The flavor of this cole slaw is wonderful. I used the packaged angel hair slaw which is sliced a little thinner than the regular slaw. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Very tasty - a big hit with the family. I reduced the sweetener to 1/4 cup and it was still a bit sweet. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This dish is so good. The taste is so unique. My friends are gonna love it. We exchange recipes online all the time and this is something that takes just a few minutes to make and is such a delight. I'm diabetic and am trying so hard to watch carbs. Well this is one that is very low carb and is for me. I work fri. sat and sun's, 6pm-6am. When residnets at the nursing home I work at can't sleep, I usually make them something to eat. I'll have to make this one and take it in. Thanks, keep the recipes' coming. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I loved the touch of nutmeg. This one's a keeper. However, like many others stated, I will cut back on the sweetner the next go round. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I made this for thanksgiving and everyone loved it. There was a lot of salad so I was able to save some for myself too. I used a little less splenda. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This cole slaw is awesome!! I make it just about every week. Absolutely delicious. I can't see myself making any other kind. Try it-you'll love it. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I tried this receipe on a whim. My family just loved it. In fact, every time they come to dinner they want me to fix it. Try it, you'll love it also item not reviewed by moderator and published

Great took it a party and everyone loved it!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is slighyly different because of the nuts, but it has a marvelous flavor. It is moist and flavorful and goes well with pork. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This recipe is da BOMB!!! How in the world you could get such rich apple flavor with the ingredients listed is beyond me. I can't eat apples, and this recipe is a perfect substitution. Frankly, I have never been crazy about "regular" waldorf salad, and I absolutely am CRAZY about this one! One major problem with this recipe. It's ADDICTING!!!! Thanks George! You And Rachel keep up the excellent work! item not reviewed by moderator and published

The easiest, creamiest, crunchiest slaw ever. I made it with grilled spicy chicken breast and it was perfect. item not reviewed by moderator and published

This is incredibly good! Was a little too sweet, so I used less Splenda. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is a wonderful recipe and exactly what a low carb dieter needs to add variety to our menu. I get bored with basic salads but this slaw really livens things up! Sweet and crunchy but with a new twist of the walnuts and nutmeg. George Stella gives us the best low carb recipes! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I made the Waldorf Cole Slaw as directed and it was the hit of dinner. I was asked for the recipe and gave it out telling them where to find other great recipes. item not reviewed by moderator and published

This recipe really tastes like Waldorf Salad. You forget that you're eating cabbage, especially if you get good, sweet cabbate. I've taken it to Church and all our low-carb eaters as well as the other folks love it. It's good looking, too. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Loved this cole slaw. Looked pretty too. I agree with many that is is just a bit too sweet and next time will try to decrease the splenda a bit. Agreat recipe for diabetics. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This simple recipe is absolutely delicious. It was so easy. I hastened its preparation by purchasing ready-made slaw mix, which included carrot. I have never made it with the recommended walnuts, but it would be even more impressive if you did. The second time I made it, I added one small can of pineaple chunks for a slightly different twist. Anyway you make it, it will be wonderful; it's just one of those simple, classically great recipes. One suggestion: If you like your cole slaw on the sweeter side (which I do), cut down, or eliminate the salt. Either way this recipe "cooks!" item not reviewed by moderator and published
I really enjoy your recipes but wish they had a sugar count as well for diabetics. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is easily the best cole slaw I have ever eaten. The dressing is rich and delicious and fits in very well with my low-carb program. One caution: as some of the other posters said, 2/3 cup of Splenda is a little excessive - try half that much or even less. You can always add more to suit your taste. My thanks to George Stella for his terrific recipes and to the Food Network for giving us this wonderful program. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This was simple to make and very tasty. It would be perfect to serve guests. The nuts add just the right crunch to replace higher carb carrots. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I really enjoyed this salad. It had a great dressing that was not too sweet. It got rave reviews at our picnic. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This was great. It really did remind me of the taste of a Waldorf Salad! The sweetness was just right for a Waldorf, however, some may want to cut down on the sweetner if you like your cole slaw less sweet tasting. item not reviewed by moderator and published

I really love cole slaw and this recipe is great. The walnuts made it such a treat, as for the splenda, as with any recipe, I always start out with less and add more if I feel it is needed for my taste because since I have been LCing I just don't seem to need so much sweet. Just as good as KFC maybe better!!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
The slaw was really easy to make, the ingredients looked good before I started but I was a little concerned about the 2/3 cup of splenda. As it turned out, my concern was confirmed with the first taste. Too Sweet! I love sweet but that was way too much for slaw. Will be cutting back the next time I make it and there will be a next time. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I took this to a family party for a nephew who was graduating from collage last weekend. Everyone loved it and no one even suspected that it was low carb. I used half as much Splenda as it called for. It was plenty sweet enough. Delicious! item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is a very easy and delicious recipe for cole slaw. I will never make any other kind of cole slaw. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Because I'm Somersizing and can't have sugar this recipe is great. I only used 1/2 cup of Splenda and it was still a little to sweet. Other than that, it is delicious. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I made this for my family and everyone really liked it. It is very different and refreshing. I would use more nuts than it calls for and about 1/2 the sugar substitute. If you use all of the sugar it is just way to sweet. item not reviewed by moderator and published

This cole slaw recipe tastes great. It's even better than regular cole slaw. The walnuts gives it a special & different flavor. item not reviewed by moderator and published
