As another reviewer said, I don't think the "easy" category is accurate. It is time consuming. However, the flavor and texture are great! We left out the cranberries and I think I may leave off the almonds next time. The crust is amazing!

It was very good, but I would not say it took 20 mintues, more like an hour! I would also say it was more medium than easy! Time comsuming.

what can you say this was fantasic and was the first dessert gone out of 25 other desserts..everyone wanted to know who made it!!!!!! proudly i admitted it.. thanks for the fantasic easy receipe!!!!!!
