Love this recipe! Great for a summer day bbq, very light and refreshing and not too sweet

Skip the rum, skip the sugar, since the watermelon is so sweet anyway. Great for you and your kids too! The mint really adds, I add everything into my blender and pour.

I made these but with club soda instead of Ginger ale. I used Sicilian lime juice from the grocery store. They were a real hit!

My husband and I had these tonight with our Martha Stewart Chili Chicken Tacos, this drink was definitely the perfect accompany that meal. I really enjoyed how refreshing it was with the ginger ale. It was a little too tart/tangy so we adjusted by adding about 1/4 tsp more sugar to each glass after tasting it. Delish, will definitely be trying this one again!
