The waffles were wonderfull tasting and had a great texture. They were light and fluffy, and easy and quick to make!

there was way too much liquid and with having baking powder and baking flour it was all to much.
it was never cooking and way too thin.

I made these waffles a few days ago. My family enjoyed them so much that I made extra. Then I sealed and froze them. Now whenever they want waffles, we just take them out of the freezer, nuke them and enjoy.

Not only is this an easy recipe but they taste delicious...if you don't have buttermilk just add a tsp. of vinagar to the regular milk.

We love waffles but many times a recipe calls for seperation of eggs, whipping, and more time than I have available. This was quick and easy and very delicious. Son and husband loved with fresh blueberries and strawberries!!
