The directions were a little difficult to read. It says to spread the batter into a large baking sheet but I think it needs to read spread into your 2 prepared sheet trays. I ended up putting in one and it was way too thick to roll so ended up making them like Hostess Susie Q's. Really good but didn't end up glazing them.

I didn't make individual ones but I doubled the recipe for the filling and used round pizza pans for the cakes. I made two delicious low cakes and everyone loved them. I have also used regular cake pans and the desert is a hit!

Everyone who tried these absolutely loved them, and said they were better than the original Yodels. And they were fun to make!

This recipe is the best that I've ever eaten. It is a lot of work, but its worth it!
