I gave this three stars because it was just average. It wasn't so good that I want to make it again, but I have nothing bad to say about it either.

This is an excellent, tasty, time saver. You can make so many variations. I added a box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed liquid out, chopped mushroom and about 1/4 taco cheese mix. I got rave reviews and it was enough for 3 days of breakfast for 2 people.
